The Price is Right Trip is fast approaching us... February 10th is the date and will be here before you know it! Here are a few things that you need to know for our group trip.
CBS STUDIOS: 7800 Beverly Blvd, Los Angeles
ARRIVAL TIME: Our group must ALL be there at 0745 hrs, CBS Studios requires the entire group to be on site in order to maintain our group status, but as a bonus we do not have to get there at 5 AM because we are GUARANTEED Seats!!
WHAT TO BRING: ID : Two forms of Identification such as your license and your social security card or a passport
Please wear something comfortable and have a sweater or jacket handy as the studio temperature can be cool. No costumes are allowed, and no National Advertising on your clothing.
PARKING: There is no audience parking on the CBS lot, however they suggest The Grove Shopping center, which is located one block south of CBS on The Grove Drive and is entered off of Beverly Blvd one block east of Fairfax Avenue. While driving south on the Grove drive, look for the parking structure on your right. There is a fee for parking at The Grove and the studio does not validate parking. Once you are parked, the studio entrance is on Fairfax Ave, one block south of Beverly Blvd. Most street parking in this area is by permit so please read the signs carefully before parking your vehicle if you choose to park there.
CHECK IN : Look for The CAL EDA members wearing the GRAY CAL EDA shirts - The Pedestrian entrance is on Fairfax Avenue; one half block south of Beverly Blvd and look for the Guard booth which is across from the CBS Ticket Booth. The pages in red jackets will check our group in , direct us to covered benches and provide us with further information.
WHAT NOT TO BRING: Cell phones,tape recorders, backpacks and cameras are not allowed in the studio. If you bring them in security will give you a claim check in order to retrieve your property after the show.
FOOD: You are allowed to bring your own food, however they also have a snack bar and vending machines available for your convenience.
This is CAL-EDA 's FIRST Group trip so LET'S HAVE A GREAT TIME !!! See you soon !!!!
