Maximum number of teams is 10. This is a double elimination tournament, meaning each team will get to play at least two games. This form must be submitted with your payment for your team to be registered. Team price is $50 per team, individual players are $10 per player. You will receive a confirmation email. Teams can consist of as few as 3 players, and no more than 5 players. Agencies can have more than one team. Please come up with a team name. Individual players are allowed, and will be placed on a team with other individual players.
